optimise: to make the file size smallerin photoshop, when saving, use Save for Web and Devices in the file menu, select the file type, then set the size to something like 47k. Alternatively, upload your file to the b3ta hosting (image mode in the new message screen) and it auto resizes it and puts in a neat little link to the full image
