Hard to say for sure if I've seen the image before. Those are about the most used pics of those 2 chaps.
And I'm skeptical about anyone with L plates :) But happy to be proven wrong :)
edit: Definitely could be and happy to be proven wrong. A new version of an old joke is fine. I'm just a cynic :)

Not just an ignore. Like a reputation thingy so when image thieves and twats come along, we can rep them down and eventually they'll just get a single like "post suppressed due to being a twat".

Problem is that people will get picked on for no good reason.

but most people here are nice folk. Twats are not that common. You just set the levels such that you need a lot of clicks to adjust rep points up and down.
Our noob here might get a -1 rep from the 100 or so clicks he'd get from being an image thief. Not irrecoverable if he then gets his act together and makes something good enough for the popular page.

It would give people recognition for doing good stuff without being subject to the vagaries of the FP system.
And it would also allow brilliant people like JPG to get recognition for their work despite the fact that it's over 280 pixels wide...
Might start a campaign...
