hmm thats something i've not tried actually....I wish i lived near that exotic meat place again :( snake was on the menu! ...mind you some of the hot dogs around here are probably made from them...

snake tastes like rabbitonly much drier. it's edible with sauces or in a stew, but on its own, it's like meaty sawdust.
