The plants on my balcony are being steadily devoured by aphids.
I'm fighting back against the little buggers though.

I read your post of a few days ago
and was horrified. I know you are "under the hospital" but What you are doing is preparing your body for starvation mode if it's not there already. The minute you start eating normally you are going to pile on weight like you've never seen before. Controlling starvation is a lovely thing you have power you have control and it's not something that is easily given up. Years down the line I still long for that feeling of control and I doubt it will ever leave me. Starvation fucks up your mind and it's a long haul to get back your sanity. Doctor or no doctor. Sorry to sound so harsh but I really want to push my point. Gaz me if you want.

i know starvation is a bad thing
but unless i stick to this bloody liver reduction diet, they'll refuse my surgery. as i'm having a gastric bypass, i won't be able to eat very much afterwards anyway.

Did you choose gastric bypass over a lap band?

Have some fruity stuff
for longer lasting satisfaction. All you've done is eaten sugar-rush food.
Now hand over ALL your choccies to me for safe-keeping :)

I live in a country where there is no clotted cream
It may sound trivial but after a while it gets to you it really does.

It comes from the west country
and it's really thick and erm clotted and contains probably 100% saturated fat. It is divine.
