behind reception at our place is a plan of the area, and there's no mention at all of the redevelopment of the swan house eyesoredevelopment, just bits about plazas, cafes and the like.
Thinkin' about it there's no mention of the historic Royal Arcade either. I was hoping it was gonna be dismantled so they could put it back together correctly this time. 33 years later isn't bad.

when the council took it apart, chalked the block locations on each, er, block then left it all outside overnight, so it rained, washed the chalk off, and they put it back together as best they could. In 1968.
