one thing i would try is to make a sort ofdohnut shaped selection around the nipplelense (for want of a better word) and use spearize
sp to make the flesh look distorted near where the metal meets the tit.
also a gradient effect of dropping down the hue might make it look more borg-like
and thus help the viewer suspend disbelief slightly more.
so greyer around the lens suggesting the skin is not getting the circulation and a plumping up of the skin around the lens.
my results in such things are not remarkable so try the other stuff first.
