Lightly erase around the perimeter of the lens (in it's own layer) so it looks as if it's sort of melded into the BOOB FLESH.

dohnut shaped selection around the nipplelense (for want of a better word) and use spearize
sp to make the flesh look distorted near where the metal meets the tit.

also a gradient effect of dropping down the hue might make it look more borg-like
and thus help the viewer suspend disbelief slightly more.

so greyer around the lens suggesting the skin is not getting the circulation and a plumping up of the skin around the lens.

my results in such things are not remarkable so try the other stuff first.
