decides to build a wall along the M6 to trap everyone in. Cut to 30 years later, the virus has started in pockets in London and they've noticed some Scots are still alive so they send a crack troupe of soldiers into Glasgow to find the cure. It turns out that the Glasweegies have turned into post apocalyptic mad max cannibals (one drives a car panelled with humal skin) and the Edinburgers have reverted back to a medieval feudal economy with full period dress.

it gets a bit strange towards the end - I think they hit a rich seam of second order funding on the strength of the first half (appears to be partially funded by the Department of Trade and Industry in South Africa) because out of no where a Bently Continental turns up and plays and integral part in the film.
