That's pretty cool, actually.
In the Discworld stories Pratchett postulates that ideas drift around in particle form until they happen to penetrate someone's mind (so when people say 'an idea just came to me' there's more truth in it than they realise). If this were at all plausible I might be inclined to wonder if your idea-particle drifted from your head to mine and gave me the idea for this character.
