I used imageready to do mine down there VVV... but the frames aren't fast enough. Any ideas? I put them on 'no delay'.

I usuallyset the delay to 0.1 - 0.08, 0.08 usually makes anims ver' spaz-fast in firefox

in imsage ready you should be able to select the speed of framesbut then it depends on what browser you use.. firefox always runs them quite fast in my experience.. so I upload to b3ta a tester then view from there and slow down or increase the frame rate from there.. then delete the test ones. trial and error is your friend.. I usually find 0.08 works a treat for me though.
