he has a muscle condition with his eyelid, but I don't think it affects vision
*edit - reading wiki, perhaps he has, I don't know what the symptoms of a "paralyzed eye" are

Someone should contact Trading Standards immediately. He's obviously not competent, and could cause damage to people's eyes.

It's a disgrace.
