well its not just the annoyance of seeing thingstwice, its also the fact that reposting pushes new threads off the board faster, causing people to think they need to repost etc. etc.

No,not happy at all - I appear after months away and get a raging torrent of abuse for one wee image that about two folk saw 6 months ago. I'm not here to cause trouble, but the arrogant nature of certain members is biting :|

well if you want to be all offended by it, thats finebut that wasn't my intention. The thing is, if reposts are left unpounced on, people think its ok, and it happens a lot. The board moves faster, things disappear faster, people get annoyed that their stuff went in 2 minutes, and repost it. It gets really annoying.
It has been proven time and again, so I pounce early to head it off.
