
Indian Potato and Pea Soup. Onion, chillies, potato and garam masala - fry em for five minutes, add veg stock and let it simmer for 25. Add natural yoghurt and frozen peas, cook for another 5 mins and serve up with garlic and coriander naan bread. Oh, and leave the seeds in the chillies, you won't be able to see for the sweat coming off your eyeballs :)
