the nineties were worse than the 80'sthe only improvement was that in terms of music they toned down the digital processing a little bit and din't get so carried away with the gizmo's and gimics. but nothing happened in it accept more Aids and hair bands and jelly shoes and mousse and curtains and quiffs.
