There's a bloke up where I live who wears a cowboy hat with a picture of a kitten attached to the back of it

I once summoned the courage and asked him why he goes around wearing this hat with the attached kitten, being slightly ever so slightly odd; to which he replied "to ward of nutters behind him on the escalators on the underground"
