Noooooooo!I think it goes to show how stupid people that wander round with knives are. Just down the road from me is a knife amnesty
box. I was ther when they emptied one day, it was pretty much exclusively kitchen knives.
There are only two options. These people are so thick they put them in there rather than putting them say, back in the kitchen.
Or they are just providing a handy place to put the weapon after the crime.
