# TK Maxx Attaxx

www.mailonsunday.co.uk/news/article-1067139/The-jacket-die-TK-Maxx-takes-hooded-coat-concealed-2-5-inch-blade-shelves.html

What were they thinking?

To say they didn't initially know the jacket had a knife in it is even more bizarre!

Don't they check the products they are selling?

Later in the article it comments about a TK Max employee who was stabbed to death at work last year - great sensitivity!

TK Max? IDIOTS!

# odd, we have tj maxx.
still, what?
(, Sat 4 Oct 2008, 9:17, archived)
# well, although it's a bit stupid that some place is selling them to kids in a hoodies
i kinda don't see a lot of problem with people having small pen knives and a 2.5in blade is a small penknife, despite the wide angle lens close up.

They're really useful: peeling oranges, sharpening pencils, opening letters, mugging little old ladies, etc.

EDIT: what I should have said:
"That's not a knife..."
(, Sat 4 Oct 2008, 9:20, archived)
# THIS

# idiots, next thing you know they'll be selling kitchen knives in their kitchen department
we all know they just end up in the hands of serial killers and the rest of us just use plastic box lids when cutting up meat.
(, Sat 4 Oct 2008, 9:25, archived)
# Noooooooo!
I think it goes to show how stupid people that wander round with knives are. Just down the road from me is a knife amnesty
box. I was ther when they emptied one day, it was pretty much exclusively kitchen knives.
There are only two options. These people are so thick they put them in there rather than putting them say, back in the kitchen.
Or they are just providing a handy place to put the weapon after the crime.
(, Sat 4 Oct 2008, 9:32, archived)
# plastic box lids are the way to go
until we get the reign of terror of

# What they don't show you ther is one on a chain the other side as well.
So when you hold both to attack someone it's a bit like the gloves on elastic ensemble. When you go to stab with one it's not quite long enough and you end up stabbing yourself in the face with the other.
That is why it's being taken off the market.

'ningles all.
(, Sat 4 Oct 2008, 9:28, archived)
# did you miss the other photos?

tesco value knife would be rather shit, it'd be like a tesco value murder. so maybe i wouldn't die at all? or i'd die in a really cheap way.
