I guess it depends on your music tastes. There's a good drum and bass and dubstep scene. Also, the Jazz Cafe on the Barbican is good. Cheap bars too.
Cheap compared to London anyway.

The area I live in is a bit of a shithole. There's an argument in the street right now.

I'm sick at the moment so haven't been out for a few days but I'll be chekcing them both out soon.
Oooh I nearly forgot. DJ Derek at Ride this Tuesday. Amazing, amazing dub/reggae DJ. Plus he's about 70-ish.
