I tend to be of the opinion if I happen to be in a mosh pitthat everybody is a cock and have no appreciation for the music, just feel obliged to conform to the idea that everyone must jump into, elbow and stamp on each other.
When I go to see a band, I go to see the band. Not wrestle with fucking retards.
Edit: Not aimed at you, just moshers in general. There were moshers all over the place at the festival I was recently at, when the majority of the music wasn't even that moshy.
I managed to take out a couple of emo pricks during a 'wall of death' or whatever the fuck it's called, but felt no pride, only futility.
