Because there's nothing to stop other providers selling their wares here. Except the returns from a small market. If everyone moved to a new supplier en masse then it would be worth it.

That does make some sense. But surely the fact there's a huge all encompassing company already in place, with 'first dibs' on a lot of the current hardware and contractors still means it's more than just the small market putting other providers off?
Ah well. If a new company turned up I'd probably switch. It's not just the crappy connection and technology thats the problem with Karoo. It's the inept staff they have trying to run it all. I got disconnected for downloading a file I created because Karoo thought there might be a copy right issue, just because I did it via a torrent. Knobs. It took far too long to explain I couldn't violate my own copyright.
