No, it was meant as a HDRI like images that use HDR on the basis that it makes the person looking at it actually see it. It adds a bit of a surreal element to what would be an unremarkable picture otherwise.
At the end, it's all down to personal taste.
That and it sort of hides the fact that my lens is shit.

Can't argue about the taste bitand I like a bit of surrealism
but you obviously haven't seen a good HDR if you call it unremarkable
