I actually did a slight cheat way,I just cooked it out of the can for a few minutes :D
However, this was practice for tomorrow when I will be making a big one in the traditional manner. Hopefully without doing my mum fail and leaving it unattended and forgotten about for a long time resulting in Toffee kitchen!
