EDIT: I'm assumign thats a shotgun based suicide attempt by the file name? I always like a back sory to my gore... the man missing half his face with the tonge lolling down after the motor bike accident on rotten.com is and conitnues to be one of the worst things I've seen.. but that's possibly more to do with age and lack of previous exposure to ickiness.
