# I wish
Would love own darkroom - maybe one day when the minons have flown - I use local tech colleges processing room on club nights when you can do your own thing but I don't know how long it will survive. Chem is all premixed but it's mainly Ilford/Ilfotec. I dont use SLR often, mainly Canon G5 or trusty polaroid 600.

# groovy, i used to mess about in the local college darkroom, but i've since fled blighty and my dutch isn't up to par enough to feel confident about going to wangle my way into the local one here.
I've got a perfect little nook at home that would make an awesome mini-darkroom, but my landlord is terrified i'll damage the house in some way, i swear when i said darkroom, he heard pipebomb factory or something...

Also, polaroid 600 is that the regular pack film? i stumbled across an old poly land camera a while back but just cannot find film for it. thinking about converting it to 35mm or medium format.

ah well, here's to dreaming.

# yup
Yeah I know what you mean, I have the perfect room in my house and the boiler is in there too so running water would be a snip but needed as guest room at the mo. 600 is standard pack but you can mess around with the emulsion after taking a shot but before it develops to get some interesting effetcs. I also have an old polaroid land camera that takes the type100 peel apart but finding B&W film for it is a nightmare. Soho is the only place I have found it at decent prices.
