# The trouble with an anti religion campaign
is that if I was the kind of person who was keen to be in a structured organisation full of people with a common purpose, I would be more likely to want to go to church.

# Yes
One problem I have faced is that my organisation has been described by myself as a religion for people who hate religion. It really wasn't a very good idea.

# If you are non-religious..
..there are really no reason to waste time on having an opinion about religion.
Just enjoy life and make sane choices.

# Does this also apply to being non-fascist and non-creationist?
Also, why do you waste time having the opinion you just expressed? Don't say things ever, just enjoy life and make sane choices.

# i dunno
sometimes people saying they are nonreligious spending a lot of time arguing about religion bothers me?

# It bothers lots of people.
So far as I can make out, that's part of the grip of religion - to close down criticism by an appeal to it being "personal".
Or sometimes "ineffable".
Unless your point is just that obsessing over anything is silly, in which case fair enough.

# I'd rather spend my life making music & silly pix
whomever meets their own God when dead wins. Just try not to hurt anyone arguing (about death/god) while being alive.

# Personally, I don't really have a problem
with people who want to be religious.

I am happy to defend, or explain my own beliefs (or, rather, lack of them) if anyone is interested, but I really don't want to be all preachy and tell people what they should think. or try to convert them.

I'll leave that to the Mormons.

# There's a big grey area between holding back unsolicited opinions and administering rohypnol.
Preachiness is rather subjective.

# My interest in football
seems to ebb and flow depending on how well my team is doing.

I could be a part time supporter of Jesus, if they only published the classified religion results every weekend.

but I'm happy to join any cheerful crowd

# That and the term "religion" is about as easy to define as the word "art"

# I assume, in this case
it refers to the belief in a supernatural deity and the organisational worship of such.

But you are right - many people refer to many things as 'their religion'.
