Possiblybut it's buggiest and least attractive on the PS3, (The Xbox360 and PS3 managing what equate to only 'medium' settings on the PC version according to bethsoft but the PS3 one with lower texture detail and no AA due to memory and shader limitations) and on the least attractive controller. Also, only the PC and 360 will get downloadable extra content.
Also, no, Fallout 3 had no such feature so I doubt you're describing it. Still, I heartily recommend you play FO3, I just finished it after several days of slog through the wasteland and... dear god that ending was depressingly beautiful.

Ah well.I'll console myself with MGS4 again. I'm still not done with that game, I'm trying to play it with NO alerts on hard at the moment.
