This information has been know for centuries preserved largely by word of mouth inside the elite cabal of bankers that control the world encomies and governmentsit was not until persons inside the US army began planning a nuclear strike on the moon as a worldwide show of force that it was deemed necessary to formalize the information in top secret documents that only The President and a handful of other top level members of the executive branch and military were allowed access to. These documents were also extended to other puppet governments around the world. However, certain governments, while largely under control of the cabal, are still scene as something of a risk to the elites' secret world government and so they were not made privy to this information. A spy from one such country, Latvia, managed to infiltrate one such facade of power in England and gained access to this information. Shocked and disillusioned by this revelation and others about the secret government of bankers he resigned himself to a greater cause: educating the masses through the internet. He began distributing this information over the web, asking along the way for the various people who have come across it to keep it in circulation, staying ahead of the shadow government's attempts to destroy these documents.
