Very nice.In other news, there was an interview I was watching a few years back about when The Hun were in the UK to buy rights to screen The Clangers.
After the meeting, Mr Postgate asked the Germans if they could understand what the Clangers were saying, and Gerry responded, 'Of course! They were speaking perfect German!' :D

I heard that interview a few years agoThe clangers was actually scripted with words which they whistled to. There's an episode where they cant shut the door. The script said "I cant shut the damn door". Even though it was whistled, they received complaints.
