Me toothere are quite a few people suffering from this from what I'm hearing. I know when I go to bed my sinuses completely block up but I'be found that some Olbas Oil on a tissue stuffed into your pillow case will help you breathe.

Certainly helps mealso some drops of Olbas Oil in a bowl hot water and a towel over my head when I'm really bad.
