The missus was talking about ringing my boss up and asking what the fuck he was playing atI was very tempted to let him as I'm genuinely confused by it myself*, but thankfully I realised that it wouldn't help matters and I can ask him myself when all this has blown over.
*Last I spoke to him he was saying something very similar to what you just did up there, and yet this suspension has somehow come about from something he passed onto HIS boss
