I'm not a big bird fan ( that's not a euphemism )and we used to have a joint of beef and a gammon hock or pork joint but saw the 10 bird roast that Hugh Fearnly Whittingstall did a few years back. That led me to find a wonderful place called Seldom Seen Farm and this is our 3rd year on it. It's a bit of an indulgence but it keeps the mob happy. You know me I could do without the whole shebang to be honest.
