basically it turns out there are lots of b3tards that are into growing their own food
and sourcing food resposibly. THe silly thing is that people think going that is more expensive but if you do it properly it actually a hell of a lot cheaper.
So it really about how you can do it and any advice or knowledge you may want to pass on.

Who the hell thinks it's a lot more expensive?? It's obviously going to be cheaper.
Just a lot more work than popping down to Sainsbury's :)

No I meant buying what you don't make.
Stand chicken costs about £4 depending on size. Free range is about 7-8.
Standard bird, contary to popular believe, has about the same nutrician as a big mac.
EDIT: Although not only is it easy to buy and look after but very cheap to have your own chicken. YOu can get ex battery ones for about a quid each!
