Heheh, that's why I didn't contact customer service. I went to their PR department.They had real names and everything. I'm considering if I get no reponse from these people tomorrow trying the USA PR address.

Are there any German b3tans?As I found out yesterday while rooting for financial reports, Germany is their biggest market so that might be a good plan C.
