.I already have the frames as bmp files at 35% resolution... might have to grab the gimp and see what it can do. (never even thought of it... doh!)

I've just resized it to500px. Removed all redundant frames and pixels and reduced the colours to 100. It is still perfectly watchable. it ought to be. It's 5MB :/
