best crack it with a pliers first thenI went in for a quadrilateral wisdom extraction. I lost too much blood for the 4th to come out and spent 10 years with no sensation in my chin.
After that my gums got infected and I had to squeeze out about a pint of thick sticky pus from the drainage channel that was cut in to them. there was lots of bits of food mixed in
