I try to be as ingredienty as possible but there's some sainsburys "meals for people with no lives or hope" for £1 a go or buy 3 get 1 free

which actually taste decent.

compared to the iceland ones which are variably horrific I can actually see recognisable meat in them.

at the moment I'm slowly stocking up on cheap tinned stuff like beans & potatoes

it appears the age of cheap fish is over though, so not so much stocking up on that

prices are going up, folk are getting dinged out of jobs they assumed would last forever one way or another

there's already squeakings about the government expecting crazy shit happening in the summer as the once entitled discover life doesn't owe them shit.
