I find it odd that they have to stipulate ( or did ) that whilst you can legally officiate at weddings you are not allowed to perform circumcisions.
Thanks for that info before I made any rash decisions regarding penises.

I take it very seriously. I can't stop officiating. And I errr.. didn't read the small print about the knob thing. I've done loads of circumcisions, mainly female.
