I wanted to work for these when I was wee, they were the EA of the amiga era, then they fucked it all up with shite movie tie ins. Manchestoh Firm too innit.

They bought out Imagine ( who were a great Amiga publisher ) but were later bought out by Infogrames I think, who then went tits up.

I also remember another software company called Red Rat in Manchester, who went back as far as the zx81 days. They had a shop selling sinclair games on tapes and it would be full of geeks discussing ideas for games with the shop owners who would then go off and try to make them.
