like bacteriahmm perhaps there is an anti photocopier agent that would kill 99% of photocopiers dead. So as to keep them down to manageable levels.

Yeah but each copy can only make so many copies so that formula is slightly wrongas say a copier can make 10 copies then it dies, then the number of copies will be reduced a bit
