Mine always involve my teeth falling out to some degree, but the actual dream is generally just fairly random and bizaare.Only the second sexual dream I've ever actually had though, they are usually gun fights, giant monsters which make no sense, people which make no sense.
Or of course the immortal one where an ambulance was being driven by a collection of evil watercooler bottles.
