Some wind instruments both, you just swap which fingers go where

yes does, if you place your fingers the other way round, you can't play the right notes

I didn't think so, until I tried playing with my right hand at the top and my left on the bottom, just doesn't work. Put my left at the top and my right on the bottom and I could play perfectly

Left-handed person playing right-handed guitar.

I find it easier making chord shapes with my strongest hand anyway
