Yes I've comment on that too.They had to close down and that was the sign that the council made them put uo (it's an offence to remove it). So to cover up the put big 'Closed for Refurbishment' signs up and employed a guy to stand if front of the council's sign to make it look like they were doing something good as they're so nice.
