not too bad,aside from people keep inviting me around, not to enjoy my splended company, but simply because they have broken their PC and want me to fix it. I'm taking a stand and not doing enyone else any more favours. Grrrr.

ugh... I had to fix one of those for my dad the other day...ended up ripping it out and mounting it in teh PC internally... Crappy connections and power supply had fried, but the HD was fine.

It just wont appear on explorer for some reasonand makes an annoying clicking noise. Oh well.

well, you could open it up, remove the actual HD out of the casingand try using something like this:
