excellent work!!!did you use imageready? some of these bastards on here have okey-dokey-2000 anim packages which allow them to do amazing stuff with small file sizes...

Domo HowNo, I got massive jpegs from the camera and used imagemagick to convert them all down. Then imported them as layers into gimp. Used my own indexed colour map (down to 47 colours) and changed the scale.
