did you use imageready? some of these bastards on here have okey-dokey-2000 anim packages which allow them to do amazing stuff with small file sizes...

No, I got massive jpegs from the camera and used imagemagick to convert them all down. Then imported them as layers into gimp. Used my own indexed colour map (down to 47 colours) and changed the scale.

I find the flocked vinyl figure to be the best one though - the likeness and shape is spot on. The plush ones are a funny shape.

I have to agree but I really love soft toys (not in THAT way). The vinyl figure was the same price as the small plush, next time I head into the city I will probably be acquiring the figure as well, it is, after all, awesome!
