has there been any extra government scholarships as economic stimulus(there was here, the dole is more expensive)
unfortunately it's more competitive at the moment because no-ones hiring, the best advice is just to apply everywhere.

Well im applying for jobs I dont want to doand asking people about PhDs that will be useful for where I want to work, but I cant seem to find any actual ways to apply
