that 5/6ths of the globe will have regressive populations in 20 years (65 nations do now apparently). Its the 1/6th that's the biggest challenge as its the poorest and has least ability to deal with the issue

I guess this works already in the wealthy countries
the unmanageable/exponential increase in the rest of the world, however, how do you manage that?
given the current level of total indifference to and cunning exploitation of "them",
things aren't getting any better now.
This may lead to a new kind of racism, where the poor uneducated "darkeys" are denied the right for procreation.
