I never thought of that.But never mind I just realised I can re-import it into Potatoshop and select upload every second frame. Sweet.

on the time line click to select,then press cntrl and click on the other ones you want to remove, then drag to the trash can icon

Cheers, that is very good.I tried pressing delete but it left a blank frame instead of removing it. This did not make me happy.
