Yeah I was in Charlestownlast summer and had a chat about me crewing ( they know the master of the brigantine we operate for a maritime trust ).
Two factors stopped me, mainly that I was busy but also because they needed me to man the galley full time. Although I fancy my cooking as well above average it can be a lonely job if you piss off the crew with your food ;)
