I went sliding down a wall on a ladder, bent my back back a bitand not had sciatica or any real back pain back

Ladders canbe a real bitch. A guy died where I used to work falling off the ladder.
Not so much the ladder per se, 'twas the concrete floor rushing up to impact his skull.
A relief he died really, had he lived he'd been a drooler the rest of his life.
Ironically, he fell while putting up a banner during a firefighter and paramedic's conference.
There's just some injuries nobody can fix.
